The previous staircase configuration had enclosed stairs which utilized walls as railings. I removed them and installed new stair stringers and treads which increased the width of the stairs also. The steel railings were designed by the home owner and constructed by an outside contractor. I assisted the home owner on the installation of the new steel railings which added an exquisite touch to the staircase. The carpeting was installed by an outside contractor.
