Three Season Porch

This three season porch design was in part between the home owner and myself. The old existing deck was old and deteriorated and was unsafe to use. The construction was totally permit approved and constructed by myself and my carpenter assistant. The three season porch features removable screen inserts, fully wrapped support columns, steel wrap around railings, a custom steel entrance door, ship lap siding on exterior wall of home and on interior of ceiling with a custom controlled ceiling fan.
